Family
History: He was born as first and only child to Agnes Dewlish and Ricardo Santiago. He was born in France and lived his first three years there. Then they moved live in England. He had always knew who he was. Boy was raised to look down on muggles, muggleborns and even halfbloods. His father just hated them all and so did his mother. He never had any muggle friends when he grow up. Anyways when ever he got 11 he got letter from Hogwarts and here he is.

His first years here were good, he wasn't really the best student and didn't have much friends but he didn't mind it. In her third year he did find out that he has half-sister Carmen, his fathers other child who his father had never liked since she was halfblood, her mother was muggleborn. His father couldn't accept her as hos own child. He knew he wasn't like his father now, he has few halfblood and muggleborn friends but he has never told to his father.

He began to watch over his older sister, who did seem like he had lost everything in her life. He never really get close her. They basically had 2 years between them. Seems like Carmen never really met William or wasn't really interested why they have same last name. Now when Carmen has finished school William will need to finish his last two remaining years.
